These items are custom to your exact requirements, as such a consultation is required to ensure all of the measurements and dimensions are correct before we place the order. These products are delivered and installed by our team of experts. Delivery to a Douglas address is included in the price. Installation and building of equipment subject to location. Delivery to any location outside of Douglas from £60.
That’s great to hear you are renovating a space and want to make sure the design is 100% you. To book a consultation and initial meeting with one of our experienced designers you should email email@example.com with some information about your project and what you wish to achieve. One of our Interior Designers will then arrange a time and date to meet you to go through the project.
In general furniture, beds and décor will be delivered within 7-14 working days subject to Island weather conditions. Bespoke items such as Aquariums and larger bespoke furniture items may have a slightly longer delivery time as this process requires collaboration between you the customer and our fabricators
All products are delivered by an independent courier service. All installation and building of products on site (sofas, beds etc) are at an additional cost. Douglas and surrounding areas are charged at £45 and outside of these areas at £65. All our installation is provided by a third-party company and the charges are passed on from them.
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email advising of the items you have purchased. The purchased goods will then be shipped out to the shipping address specified when you placed the order.
The payment will be taken at the time of purchase.
If you have received a damaged product please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org ensuring you quote your order ID in the email subject line. If the product is damaged you must provide evidence of the damage in this email. We will handle all product damage requests on a case by case basis.
We understand that sometimes unfortunate things happen like receiveing the wrong products. In the case that you receive the wrong product, please email email@example.com quoting your order ID and providing evidence of the incorrect packaged item. Once we have identified where the mix up is we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you and we will return the incorrect product.
The Wishlist is where you can save the products you like for easy access in the future. We see the Wishlist as the place where you will create your dream list of items to really make your space shine.
Change requests to orders can be actioned within 12 hours of placing the order. For cancellations you would need to contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +441624777848. You must ensure you include your order ID in the subject line.
If you selected a tracking option with your parcel you will receive a tracking code, this will enable you to track the delivery status of your order.
